Black mold usually won’t kill you

One of the most significant misconceptions concerning black mold is that it is a death sentence. While this type of mold is considered dangerous, it is not immediate cause for panic. That being said, you should get it taken care of. Below are typical symptoms of prolonged exposure to black mold:

  • Watery, itchy eyes

  • Trouble breathing

  • Unusual coughing or sneezing

  • Itchy nose and throat

  • Abnormally dry, scaly skin
